Complaints
Complaints can be accepted by phone (01223 561 511), email (complaints@sayitwithwine.co.uk), or write to us at Say It With Wine Ltd., Lone Tree Avenue, Impington CB4 9PG. We will respond by phone or email as appropriate with the next two working days. Although each case will be dealt with on its merits, the general policy is to refund or replace goods where they are found to have been substandard, not delivered or late delivered (ie outside the limits of our guarantees on delivery dates). We will aim to resolve any complaint to our customers satisfaction within one week of the initial contact.

Payments
We accept payment by Amex, MasterCard, Visa and Switch.We recommend you order online using our secure order form or by phone.If using a credit card from outside the UK the currency conversion will be done by the credit card company.Your credit card details are encrypted before transmission.

Payment Security
Our secure socket layer (SSL) encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. Say It With Wine is a personalised wine gift service - we send bottles of wine and Champagne with personalised labels through the post to individual customers and the corporate market. Whatever you have to say, be it Happy Birthday or Happy Valentine's Day, or your own original composition you can Say It With Wine.
Companies can use Say It With Wine as an incentive or a reward for staff; or as a special "thank you" to customers or suppliers. Say It With Wine can also be a powerful tool to promote products and to celebrate corporate events.

How do you select your wines?   (top)
Our quality wines and Champagnes are carefully selected. We are confident that we have chosen a range of wines that will appeal to a wide spectrum of tastes. However, we taste our wines periodically against potential new wines to ensure quality and value.
Say It With Wine works with our suppliers and winemakers to provide consistent quality wines at reasonable prices. Bookmark our site as we will be adding new wines.

Not at present, but if there are wines you would like to see available on this site, please contact us with your suggestions.

Can I design my own label?   (top)
Yes. Our designers can provide you with the specifications to enable us to produce your unique label. Email for details.

Do I have to design my own label?   (top)
No. You can simply type your message in our Choose a Label section. Our designers will then take care of the layout and design of the label to our exacting standards.

What is the minimum quantity of wine that I must order?   (top)
One bottle. We offer quantity discounts. Please contact us to discuss your requirements

How long does it take to deliver?   (top)
If you order through our Choose a Label section, our Standard Service (2 to 3 days) is included in the price. If you would like to choose our Next Day service you may select this on our Order page (additional £5). If you are creating a custom label, we will advise you on the date that we will be able to despatch your bottle(s). This depends on the complexity of the label design.

By when should I place my order?   (top)
We will invariably despatch all orders received by 12 GMT on that day. If you have chosen the Next Day Service we guarantee to despatch your order that day.

Can I specify a time for my bottle to arrive?   (top)
In addition to our Standard 2 to 3 day Service (free) and Next Day (additional £5) service, our couriers are able to offer the following more specific options (charged in addition to the Next Day 24hr rate) for when the arrival time is important: Before 9am, before 10.30am, morning, timed, Saturday, Saturday before 9am and Saturday before 10.30am. This enhanced service is provided for you at cost. Please contact us for details.

Do you send wine overseas?   (top)
Yes. We are able to send your bottle to most places in the world. Let us know where you would like it to go and we will quote you a price to deliver it, based on the couriers' cost price. Please note that some overseas shipments can be delayed, which is outside our control and we cannot be held responsible. Our prices do not include any relevant local Customs Duties or taxes.

Should wine be sent to a business or residential address?   (top)
Our couriers deliver to business and residential addresses. However, we recommend that orders, where possible, be sent to a business address. Due to the alcoholic nature of our product, our couriers must receive an adult signature and be able to check ID, if necessary, for delivery. This is to prevent minors from receiving our products. The courier service will not leave wine packages unattended. Numerous delivery attempts may be required to deliver to residential addresses.

Have we other designs?
Businesses have their own logos and some customers have their own ideas. Of course these cost a little more. If we have a design in stock, then our prices will be as posted. Please telephone for more information.

What about large corporate orders?
If you have a large corporate need for our products then please get in touch as soon as you can. The more time we have then the easier it will be to satisfy your exact needs.

Delivery   (top)
All our orders are despatched in specially designed polystyrene transit cartons, which have been fully tested and approved for the transport of wine & Champagne.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds   (top)
Your order may be cancelled within 7 working days from receipt. Orders cancelled will be refunded the full amount minus the credit card transaction fee we have to pay. Goods must be returned by the buyer at the buyer's expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the buyer fails to return the goods following cancellation, the seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the buyer.
